[02:14:33] <kolie> the template system is fuckkkkk
[02:15:00] <kolie> idk who wrote this shit or why it works all day and goes wonky, but rehash does dumb a lot.

[05:31:13] <janrinok> good morning c0lo!
[06:17:40] <janrinok> c0lo - that is an interesting submission - but how the hell do I start to condense all that into a reasonably sized summary! Someone will give it a good shot though... Thank you.

[07:21:04] <c0lo> take the numbered items and the first paragraph that follows.
[07:22:34] <c0lo> In any case, there's a possibility that TFA is an "argumented" push for Tor users to start paying VPN services instead.
[07:41:59] <janrinok> I got that from reading it. But the other references remain valid on their own. And I have been arguing the same for people on this site who believe that they are invisible.
[07:42:59] <janrinok> People who use TOR direct from their browsers locally are fed into a 'TOR gateway' That gateway only directs them to one of about a dozen TOR nodes.
[07:45:08] <janrinok> Additionally. it also appears that the exit node is also not as variable as one might think. If you then look at those who use TOR to access this site to Spam it, it boils down to one of 4 people. They each have individual styles. While I do not know their identity, it is easy to pin them to which of the 4 people it is.
[07:46:49] <janrinok> It is exactly the same for VPNs. They can select their VPN provider, and their entry point, but the actual IP that eventually hits the site is one of a very small number.
