[03:14:14] <Runaway> Hey, is it today yet?
[04:01:02] <halibut> I checked yesterday, and it wasn't. I'll check again tomorrow.

[08:40:52] <Ingar> and then the cloud disappeared, but the tree was in the way :(
[08:43:32] <janrinok> I spent about an hour lying down outside at about 0100 local. Saw some pretty impressive meteorites. Went back to bed and slept well :)
[08:44:05] <Ingar> I didn't clear out until 2am or so :(
[08:44:23] <Ingar> oh well, such is life
[08:44:50] <janrinok> I some slight cloud cover (whispy and not really a problem) to the south, but elsewhere it was as clear as could be.
[08:45:45] <Ingar> there was, literally, a large cloud over my area, and all clear anywhere else
[08:46:00] <janrinok> Two cars past during that hour which spoilt the night vision for a few minutes each time even though they were several hundred meters away.
[08:46:32] <janrinok> I'll give it another try tonight
[08:47:14] <Ingar> tonight might be even better for me
[08:47:28] <Ingar> friday and saturday the street lights don't go out
[08:48:21] <Ingar> but, in the meanwhile, let's enjoy a sunny sunday!
[08:48:26] * Ingar pets cat
[08:48:27] <janrinok> ah, understood. The lights here go out every night at 2200.
[08:48:41] <janrinok> same sunny day here too
[08:58:39] <Ingar> mmm could try some solar

[18:30:45] <janrinok> Ingar, we've had blue skies here all day but now the cloud is moving in. It is very high level so it doesn't like it will rain but it will be enough to prevent any useful star-gazing tonight.
