Where does it spend most of its time? Is it wasting computes doing something inefficiently? How much memory is it using? How much I/O is it doing? Is the I/O continuous or "bursty"?

[01:34:04] <Bytram> If you are noticing similarities to questions that may pertain to prejudices, I would not say you were the only one. As a guide, they may offer some insight, but as hard-and-fast rules, they tend to come up short.
