[15:49:31] <janrinok> May I make a suggestion regarding the new site?
[15:50:19] <janrinok> We have already shown the new bylaws to the community - there was only 1 change suggested and I don't personally think that it needs a quorum to approve that 1 change.
[15:51:07] <janrinok> The new board only needs 3 people to be created. The chair, the Secretary, and the Accountant. Create the new company.
[15:52:08] <janrinok> Reform the Governance Committee to consist of people voted by the community. Their identities do NOT have to be revealed to serve on a committee.
[15:53:30] <janrinok> The new Board simply provides the administrative functions of the site, and the Governance Committee use the input of the community to guide the Board regarding the future direction of the site.

[15:58:40] <janrinok> I begin my journey back to France tomorrow from the UK. I might be back online by the next meeting but that is not my priority.
