[21:11:18] <k0lie> Present is Bytram, requerdanos, and myself.
[21:11:35] <k0lie> We are absent a quorom, so we can't do any substantive actions today.
[21:12:37] <k0lie> Would anyone like to discuss anything right now?
[21:13:15] <requerdanos> Assuming more people show up for the next meeting time, we might do well to have a punch list of things to accomplish.
[21:14:41] <k0lie> Ok. Well we need to basically vote and decide on next actions.
[21:14:54] <k0lie> If we dont like the bylaws, vote to ammend, if we do, vote for what we do with them.
[21:15:03] <k0lie> IE hold a site vote.
[21:15:14] <requerdanos> As I understand it, we need to vote to form a new corporation and assign it our draft bylaws, form an initial board, and set the site running from there.
[21:15:22] <k0lie> Ok.
[21:15:43] <requerdanos> This is at its simplest that I know how to make it, I know that it can be made more complicated but I don't know that that would be helpful.
[21:15:46] <k0lie> Let's put that on the agenda for the next meeting and advertise that we are trying to get everyone around.
