[01:30:53] <k0lie> I've had to re edit this document several times as a result of ongoing computer issues ( I hope to resolve those soon ).
[01:31:41] <k0lie> It's been reverted after a lot of work about three times now, to an unknown point in its past, I've gone over it but may have missed some points I mentioned before. I don't intend to mislead anyone or not include those things - but also wanted to get this out infront of people asap.
[01:32:16] <k0lie> Most of the framework for community governance is in there a long with all the requirements to meet and file as a non stock delaware corp which elects 501 status.
[01:33:17] <k0lie> With this and small changes to work out the details of numbers, votes, times in the document, we can file and elect a permanent board by the community.
[01:34:43] <k0lie> I'd expect that this would be included in an offer to the SN PBC - with binding requirements that the corporation be filed as submitted to the PBC, that the filing officers immediately hold a full election, and pending the result of that full election the entirety of SN PBC and its IP or assets what have you be legally sold to the new organization.
[01:35:40] <k0lie> WRT changes or modifications to the bylaws as presented, please show any changes in the journal as a bolded section, or cite the relevant section # for addition/replacement.

[03:10:28] <k0lie> funds are unchanged as of last report, same bills / costs and nothing has been added on top im aware of.
[08:34:59] <janrinok> k0lie, I sent an email to MA because a user has paid a subscription (which we can verify as being made) but it has not be reflected in our accounts or acknowledged by the treasurer. I have had no response. See PM.
