[07:14:41] <janrinok> Fnord666, I have but it seems like upstart isn't using it or Bloomberg have changed their formatting again!
[07:40:46] <chromas> I've never been able to use bloomberg
[07:40:56] <chromas> it's not the formatting, it's a botwall
[12:47:21] <Fnord666> Yeah I was justy wondering if janrinok had found a way to get around the botwall programmatically.
[12:52:17] <janrinok> he has managed to find several holes in our security. For example, if we do not change the email address on a new account then he can simply request a new password which the system provides automatically. If we DO change the email (currently the norm) he can keep reusing the same email addresses for new accounts.
[12:53:52] <janrinok> He also appears to be able to submit comments and submission so I think that he is using the API or he has found a different way of doing this function. TMB removed all controls to the API when he left so we cannot take them away from anyone.
[12:56:03] <janrinok> sorry I answered the wrong question. I seem to be able to download the web page before the javascript insists on displaying the limitations it imposes. As long as I have the raw html I am happy.

[18:27:07] <chromas> interesting. The botwall I hit doesn't seem to be js-based
