[22:31:42] <Bytram|away> my take on it is, that the code has no way to report an error, so defaults to never-never land if you typo a date. eg: 23:123:00 for a time
[22:32:26] <Bytram|away> and, given no valid date/time to use, it defaults to the Unix Epoch.
[22:32:50] <Bytram|away> 1970-01-01 00:00:00 UTC is zero, and count up seconds from there.
