When I got that one on Linux Mint, FF would not behave even after killing the process, I had to restart the box to get it to behave. But that had symptoms of issues with DNS resolution that would not rectify. Worth keeping a PaleMoon around with a profile sans addons for sites you trust. Dunno if they do a Win build though.
