[00:30:42] <Bytram> that was kind of my take on it, as well. The more I think about it, the less I think I understand what value underrated provides. One could just pick the same current up-mod and apply THAT when you mod, instead of underrated; right?
[00:32:25] <Bytram> I see it as being the converse to overrated, but that one makes sense to me; I see a comment modded +4 Interesting, and I agree with the assessment (Interesting), but I don't think it is *THAT* good, and want to drop it down a notch. Overrated seems to fit that use case admirably.
