[03:01:37] <juggs> newp, see no reason for the down-mod. Beyond the wordiness and sidetracking in parts it just seems to be a proponent for one universal language to better aid communication. Who knows, maybe the down-modder disagreed with the examplar of english as a universal language. (not the right use for mod points as the actual language choice is arbitrary).
