[14:33:55] <hubie> Good afternoon! It is a very lovely day here (sunny and 21C), but I understand it might be quite hot where you are.
[14:35:17] <janrinok> It was until yesterday - now in the middle of a huge thunderstorm!
[14:36:09] <hubie> Hopefully that breaks the heat.
[14:37:11] <janrinok> It has already done so - and the forecast is for more rain for the next 4-5 days. Further south is still trapped in the heatwave, and the UK is avoiding most of the rain for now but it will probably hit them in a few days time.
[14:37:50] <hubie> You all could use the rain. Hopefully it all won't fall at once though.
[14:37:55] <janrinok> Are you celebrating Fathers' Day?
[14:38:57] <janrinok> The farmer's are all complaining of the damage that the drought and now the floods are causing to their crops.
[14:38:57] <hubie> I am celebrating it for now by relaxing with my coffee and surfing the net. :)

[14:39:43] <janrinok> my drink is slightly more alcoholic - it being late Sunday afternoon here.
[14:40:59] <hubie> My wife tries to enforce a hard noon limit on me for that, but I've sometimes found a loophole here or there around that.
[14:41:22] <hubie> Something about noon and "civilized society" or something.
[14:49:26] <janrinok> yes but most civilized societies had a noon yesterday too - so I never feel too restricted by that particular rule....
