[00:55:36] <Deucalion> Sleep well and hopes up you sweat out that infection. Waking up in a pool of sweat... body just ran immune system overtime while asleep to kill of a nasty invader.
[00:59:50] <AzumaHazuki> that seems to help for mild colds. when i feel crappy sometimes i'll run a really hot bath and just marinate in it for 45 minutes or so
[01:04:18] <Deucalion> It's well documented, when fighting infections the body ups its internal temperature. aka running a fever. We take pills that bring down the fever / temp... in some instances that is self defeating as it prevents the body fighting the nasties off. I am not a doctor, this is not advice.
