[23:29:01] <Bytram> mrpg: cmn32480; FWIW, we had a discussion about this quite a while ago and one of the thoughts was for a user having to accrue a certain amount of positive karma on our site before they were able to post to their journal... I don't recall the exact amount, but ISTR it was around 7 points or so. There was, as I said, discussion, but nothing to my knowledge came abut after that.
