[03:08:29] <Deucalion> It is definitely double-plus ungood to be seen in the locality of a public hostelry. Pubs are a dying species in the UK as a whole as people fear if they visit them they will be judged as unsuitable people.
[03:15:23] <Deucalion> Frees up more land to be redeveloped as rabbit hutch apartments for people to rent or "buy" in shared ownership deals.
[03:17:16] <Deucalion> Logically it would make more sense to build out in the fields and not continually overpopulate one place with people living on top of one another, but that would be contrary to the rent seekers desires to have somewhere to plop their retirement investment.
