[03:40:12] <Bytram> bah.
[03:51:46] <Bytram> well, if Forbes won't let me read their article without allowing a dozen differnt domains to run scripts, i won't post the story to or site. :P
[03:52:08] <cmn32480> can say I disagree
[03:52:42] <Deucalion> Sounds like a good reason to drop it from the rss-bot
[03:53:28] <Bytram> problem is that, soemtimes, it DOES work. :/
[03:54:01] <Bytram> and, very occasionally, a search on a key phrase revels a copy postedon another site, or past of the submitting author's blog
[03:54:28] Bytram is now known as Bytram|away
[03:54:51] * Bytram|away didn't sleep long enough last, night... gonna give it another try, shortly

[03:58:19] <cmn32480> get some sleep then think abotu it
[03:58:42] <Bytram|away> nah, prolly easier to just sleep on it! ;)
[03:59:22] <Deucalion> Take 4, do an hour or two of stuff (read a book for e.g.), take another 4. Doesn't fit in with industrial age presenteeism of course but this is normal. Sleep well and do not be unduly disturbed by your wakefulness after 4 - 5 hours.
[04:01:41] <Bytram|away> Oh, don't get me wrong, i am not disyturbed by it; quite frankly, knowing that Segmented Sleepwas once the 'norm, has made it into a 'No Big Deal' situation.
[04:01:56] <Bytram|away> at least for me.
[04:02:15] <Bytram|away> but,it also helps to get to bed, before attempting to fall asleep.
[04:02:29] <Bytram|away> and with that.... g'night!
[04:03:05] <Deucalion> Artificial light has a lot to answer for :D
