[15:01:38] <nick> i do not, just woke up at 5am and violently sick for an hour, not felt right since

[15:09:21] <janrinok> pasta carbonara for us tonight - one of S's favourites before she goes into hospital tomorrow
[15:09:40] <nick> chicken soup and a cute puppy to watch is making things a lot better

[15:16:48] <nick> went to pick her up earlier, she just had a little nap on my hand

[15:17:18] <nick> already have a dog here, and they've been introduced and it's ok so she will be staying

[15:18:24] <janrinok> still at the house-training stage, I suppose?
[15:18:29] <nick> had a dog since i grew up, i do like animals
[15:19:03] <nick> she is only about 6 weeks old, very small
[15:19:30] <janrinok> or you have got very big hands - if she can sleep on one of them!

[15:24:12] <nick> not quite small enough to sit in my hand, but enough to mostly lay on it

[15:25:09] <janrinok> Would love to have a dog but we don't think it is very practical at present.
[15:26:20] <nick> yeah, this one was not my decision, but of course i'm not all that sad, as i have wanted a dog again
[15:27:15] <nick> one of the things i like most about visiting the parents, is to see their dogs heh

[15:52:54] <nick> did appear to make effort to go to the back door, like the other dog does before the inevitable
[15:53:40] <janrinok> does she prefer to chew Cat5 or something with a bit more power behind it?
[15:57:41] <nick> was a cable on the logitech g27 steering wheel, so not too dangerous

[16:03:45] <nick> nope, caught it as soon as she started
[16:04:34] <nick> would take her some time to do any real damage at the moment, she has chewed on my finger and didnt do anything really
[16:04:43] <nick> just got to get her in good habits straight away

[16:08:20] <nick> she is just exploring right now though, learning her new home
