[15:58:36] <janrinok> I enjoy cooking now that I have the confidence - hours of Ready Steady Cook at al. to thank for that - but occasionally I am content to laze a little. Thursday is my no-cook day usually, so it's pizza on Thu evenings.

[16:02:06] <janrinok> Well, S has to eat at fairly regular intervals so being too late for a meal can be quite a problem for her. Coordination and muscle strength deteriorate within 1 hour although they recover after an hour or two of eating.
