[17:59:05] <janrinok> I'm already there then! I'm slowly recovering thx. The doc has told me to do the absolute minimum for 2 weeks, lots of rest and get plenty of sleep.

[18:01:37] <janrinok> yep - still have to look after S but I'm coping.

[18:12:16] <janrinok> Ah no - S (Sophie) is my wife - she is disabled and I'm her full time carer. Its the reason that I took early retirement. She is pretty much wheelchair/bed bound nowadays and has limited muscle control. But there is no reason why you should have known that - I should have been a bit clearer in my last post :)
