[15:03:01] <janrinok|lurking> lhsi: there are 2 stories, the RIAA one that I mentioned and Spain lifting the ban on 'pirate sharing sites'. If it is neither of those, then no we haven't seen it yet!
[15:03:45] <janrinok|lurking> no - not published but it is similar to one that was published several weeks ago. The earlier one said it was under discussion, the current news says it will happen next year.
