[13:07:46] <janrinok> me too - I was wondering if something had happened that I had missed, a mutiny or whatever, but it seems like the weekends are getting longer and the week shorter when it comes to submissions.
[13:08:44] <n1> people are commenting more it seems, maybe spending less time looking for subs as the site has a degree of momentum
[13:09:31] <janrinok> I suppose we should be grateful for that, but several times over the last few days I've seen a queue down in single figures. I've even submitted 10 stories myself to keep us going.
[13:10:49] <n1> Yeah, it's not been pretty. I don't really know what to do about it without submitting ourselves or nagging people to submit.
[13:12:56] <janrinok> We need to come up with a strategy or campaign to encourage submissions - if we were a paysite I would suggest say 50 _accepted_ stories = x months of free membership or whatever. But, as it is, what can we do other than nag?
[13:15:51] <n1> off the top of my head, some kind of reward system, get a badge/avatar/icon for 10 accepted subs, a different one for 50, 100 etc
