[17:02:00] <weeds> Kibitz is a Yiddish word from the German (like lots of Yiddish) "Kibitz" which means an onlooker, especially at a card game. The Yiddish version usually adds "annoying". My family is German and used a lot of German/Yiddish.

[17:10:33] <janrinok> It's a good thing to do. My wife's family are bilingual English/French. They slip from one to the other effortlessly, and sometimes mix the 2 which is almost impossible to follow unless you are fluent in both.
