[22:36:27] <FatPhil> if actions have consequences, then there's an incentive to sock-puppet upmod your own AC posts, and that's a huge anti-feature.
[22:37:45] <FatPhil> So if moderations affect AC posts, it should only be downmods, and that invites rogue downmods just to punish who you *think*, but don't know, has posted something, which again is an antifeature.
