[16:41:48] <TheMightyBuzzard> Bytram, bad karma aging per ipid/subnetid is up on dev. right now it should count net downmodded comments up to 7 days old at full strength, 7-14 days old as half strength, 14-30 days old as quarter strength and anything over 30 days old is ignored. upmods are counted back to whenver we archive the story and remove the ipid/subnetid from the comment.
