[01:11:18] <Bytram> oh, it's fine dealing with user-facing stuff... I was on the green site before they even had UIDs... was pretty much familiar with most of the knobs that were available to the user...
[01:12:22] <Bytram> just leveraged that knowledge, along with some more sleuthing, to construct a list of likely failure points for each new feature/release of the site

[01:16:24] <Bytram> they roll out updates to the site on dev so I can beat on it, and when it passes muster,it finally gets pushed out to prod
