[02:04:34] <Bytram> OTOH, I can't seem to remember, did we allow left-to-right-mark and right-to-left-mark characters before? They seem to be allowed as directly entered characters.
[02:05:23] <Bytram> ISTR seeing them in there, and am of two minds as to whether or not we want to support them -- I'm favoring leaving them in as they potentially have value if we go fully internationalized.

[02:39:55] <Bytram> Oh, was that where I saw the UTF_8 callout? I remember seeing an HTML Link followed by the domain name in square brackets as well as by some flag text (also in square brackets) noting it contained Unicode chars.
